COVID-19 UPDATE: Order Tips

Happy Mother’s Day

We hope that everyone is enjoying their time with their families. We also wanted to thank everyone in our community for the constant support for our business. You are there for us, and we always want to be there for you too.

With that said, due to this pandemic, we would like to remind everyone that Fogama is currently working with a limited staff. We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of orders, and unfortunately we can only produce as much as we can with the limited amount of staff that we have on site. Please be understanding. We will try our best to take everyone’s order.


How can you help? Here are a few small things our customers can do to help us facilitate orders:

  • ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!
    - Please try to place an order at least several hours in advance
    - Unfortunately though, because of such high demand, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order at the designated time that you have picked. We will of course try our best to accommodate everyone and their original order times

  • If your order is not ready by the time that you arrive, please wait in your car and we will call you when it’s your time to come pick it up by the front door
    - That being said, please make sure that the number you have provided for us is the correct contact information

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. Thank you so much for all the love and support for these last few months. We know that none of this is easy, but we will do our best to make sure that everyone at least gets to fill their sushi craving!

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are RE-OPENING on May 8th!

Ready for some fantastic news? Well here it is-

Fogama will be opening our doors once again on Friday, May 8th!

As of now, we will resume with our takeout and delivery service only for dinner between the hours of 5:00-9:00pm. We will also be closed on Tuesdays.

Our top concern is the health and safety of our staff and our customers. In every way we can, we will try to be there for you as you are for us. Our goal is for everyone to feel safe when you choose us to cook a meal for your family. As we get ready for our reopening date, here is a list of ways we plan to handle our takeout and delivery services to ensure our staff and guests remain safe + healthy + contact-less:

  • All takeout orders will be left on a glass table in the vestibule of our restaurant

  • We ask that any customers who are waiting to pick up their order to please wait outside and adhere to proper social distancing protocols

  • All delivery orders will be left in front of our guest’s front door

  • Following the CDC’s expanded cleaning procedures for sanitizing commonly touched surfaces more frequently using EPA-approved disinfectants

  • Frequent and proper hand-washing with use of disposable gloves

COVID-19 UPDATE: Temporary Closure

Dear Loyal Customers, Family & Friends of Fogama:

After a lot of careful thought and consideration, Fogama has decided to temporarily close our doors to help protect our staff and the community starting Sunday, March 29th.

Thank you everyone for the support you have given us. We greatly appreciate it.

At this time, we are unsure when our doors will open once again, but plan on returning as soon as we possible. Please continue checking Facebook, or our website, for any further updates.

To all our loyal customers, family and friends of Fogama:

As the dynamics surrounding COVID-19 continue to change, our commitment to you will not. We will remain committed to maintaining a spotless and secure environment. We are monitoring this evolving situation closely and are also following all CDC, FDA and local official recommendations to ensure we are doing all we can to keep our guests, employees and food safe.

At the moment, we have closed our dining room, but still remain open for take-out and delivery during lunch and dinner. If anything else changes, we will update to let you know as soon as possible.

Sake Tasting & Pairing

Fogama will be hosting its first official sake tasting on Tuesday, December 8th at 6:30pm. The evening will be filled with lots of great food, sake, friends, and fun!

Guests will be tasting a variety of amazing sakes. The event will begin promptly at 6:30pm, which will then be followed by a fantastic six course sake-paired dinner starting at 7:00pm. 

If you have any specific food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and our chefs will accommodate your requests accordingly. 


Cost: $80 per person
